CONCRETE SEALING OPTIONS
When it comes to sealing concrete, scheduling is crucial to success.
GET ON THE SCHEDULE FOR SPRING
Sealing your driveway takes less time than you may think. A typical driveway or patio will take two days from start to finish. However, weather plays a huge factor in getting your driveway on our schedule because warm weather is needed to set the coating.
We start the process of concrete sealing by pressure washing the surface to remove dirt and debris. Once the concrete has completely dried we apply two coats of either a penetrating or a topical sealer.
A penetrating sealer soaks into the concrete and hardens and is best used on driveways and non colored concrete.
Topical sealers sit on top of the concrete to protect and enhance the color and finish of decorative and stamped concrete surfaces.
THE BEST QUALITY
Because we truly care about our work to the fullest extent, only the most exceptional products make it on your floor.
Sealing your driveway results in long-lasting benefits. We treat driveways with a penetrating sealer specially engineered to prevent damage from de-icing agents, salts, and freeze damage.
Our sealer is non-film forming and is non-color enhancing so it won’t alter the appearance of the concrete and will not yellow with age
Because we truly care about our work to the fullest extent, only the most exceptional products make it on your floor. Above all, the flooring systems that we install are truly the best of the best.

ASK BRANDON ABOUT DRIVEWAY SEALING
I’m sure you have a lot of questions about driveway sealing. Therefore, I’m happy to help.
What is the best time to seal a driveway?
Spring & Summer are the best times. It’s best to have 2-3 days without any rain. After preparing the concrete slab with a power washer we need to ensure that it properly dries.
Pros and cons of sealing concrete driveway
The two biggest advantages of hiring a driveway sealing service are aesthetic and longevity. Sealed concrete driveways increase curb appeal almost immediately while also extending the lifespan of the driveway for years. This is because a sealed driveway is moisture resistant, so water is repelled on contact. This can also be a disadvantage, as this can lead to a more slippery surface. However, most sealers are safe to use salt on.
How often should I seal my driveway?
We recommend sealing your driveway every one to three years or so to keep your property looking as good as possible. Regular driveway repair and sealing will help extend the lifetime of your driveway or parking area. There is no such thing as seal it once and forget about it when it comes to outdoor concrete.
How do I check the sealing of my concrete driveway?
The best way to tell if the concrete is still sealed well is to soak it with a garden hose every summer and see how it beads up. You’ll notice that it will hold up better in areas without a lot of sun.
